VIETNAM TRADE DIVISION On January 1, 2002, the Vietnam-United States Trade Agreement became law between the two countries. Vietnam now enjoys "Most Favored Nation" (MFN) trade status with the United States and can export many of their agricultural and manufactured products to the United States at very competitive prices due to low tariffs The Boston International Trade Group, Inc., in anticipation of the Trade Treaty being ratified by both countries, has spent over five years developing business and political connections with Vietnam. Based on an extensive evaluation of product opportunities with manufactured in Vietnam, the Boston International Trade Group, Inc. will be importing the following items to sell in the United States market. (Please click on the titles to see pictures of each product): RUBBERWOOD PRODUCTS: Rubberwood is excellent hardwood specie from ruber trees in Vietnam. The wood is strong and durable and has many uses in production of furniture, flooring and kitchenware products. Please look at the array of products we can offer that made of rubberwood: OUTDOOR AND GARDEN FURNITURE: The Boston International Trade Group, Inc. has recently concluded an agreement with the largest supplier of outdoor and garden furniture in Vietnam. With over 700 employees and state of the art manufacturing facilities, our supplier is ready to supply us with the best in outdoor furniture design and quality. Using only the best of hardwoods found in Vietnam, the manufacturer coats each piece with several protecting layers of oils and urethanes providing for long lasting use and enjoyment. Depending on interest of consumers, we offer three hardwoods capable of withstanding the most inclement of weather conditions including prolonged heat and cold, rain and ice. HARDWOOD FLOORING: BITG will be importing exotic hardwoods from Vietnam that are ideal for flooring. The hardwoods will be cut to American standards for flooring. Among the woods imported will be Karin, Pyinkado, Pradu, Arporeum and rubberwood. We will also importparquet wood floor tiles in 12 inch by 12 inch sizes made from above hardwoods.
